Hey! Since we are going to start school pretty soon, we've decided to do a post on school essentials! Basically, we came up with a list of top 8 items that we think are the most important for school so that we can look great and feel comfortable at the same time.

So, topping the list is

1. A pair of good fitting jeans.

A pair of good fitting jeans will last a long time in making you look good and feel great about yourself. Jeans are definitely an essential, because they are extremely versatile! Match your jeans with a simple top or an elaborate blouse and your whole outfit will look just amazing.

2. White top

White tops are easy to match, comfortable and chic. It saves you the time to find a matching pair of bottom as white tops simply matches with almost everything. If you're running late for school, simply put on a white top and off you go!

3. Comfortable flats

Comfortable flats are important as you will be walking around the campus really often. You do not want to be distracted by aching feet during a lecture do you?

4. Blazer

Blazers keep you looking chic and feeling warm at the same time. It also gives you a smart look without looking overly dressed. Use this to jazz up a simple outfit and keep yourself from freezing during long lectures.

5. Nice bag

Bags are important as it complements your outfit. Get a bag which is both stylish and easy to match so that it will be able to fit your books and stationery at the same time, and go with any outfit.

6. Cardigan

Cardigans are good for layering without being too warm due to their lightness. Save more elaborate ones as a statement piece to avoid looking too overdone.

7. Watch

Watches are definitely a good investment as they are very practical; A pretty watch can act as an accessory for your outfit plus do good in helping you manage your time wisely. Moreover, if bought from a reliable brand, they usually last a long time.

8. Cute dress


A cute dress becomes handy when you are unsure of what to wear or simply in a rush. Just toss one on and you'll be ready for school, looking chic and pretty at the same time. Hope this blog post will help you guys to solve your worries of what to wear to school! Love, Dropdeaddonkey

Christmas Looks

Hey guys! As we all know Christmas is coming soon! And we dare say it's one of our favourite holidays! We're getting excited even talking about it! Hence the many exclamation marks...

In this post, we'll be showing the various outfits which you can wear to any of your Christmas parties/related events. We hope you like them. Oh plus we'll be telling you how to add that Christmas touch to your looks!

So, for this look, we've decided to use just a basic LBD complemented with Gold accessories. Well, other then red and green, gold is a Christmas colour too! (for us), so it definitely helps to bring that Christmas feel. In addition, bows do help too! so you guys can try to use that also.

Somehow, we like to associate the jacquard pattern with Christmas. This elaborate jacquard skirt can thus bring out the Christmas feeling. Together with the red pumps and green ring, the colours of Christmas are successful presented. This look is definitely something that is suited for Christmas!

This look is a little more casual as compared to the first two. The jeweled neckline adds that little sparkle to your look, like how you think of bright lights during Christmas, and the green bag just adds a pop of colour to your look. Helps that it's green too.

ROBBIE WADGE

We first saw Robbie from an interview and ever since then, we haven't stopped loving him. He is just simply adorable! He sort of exudes a school boy vibe don't you think? which we like. Not that we have a thing for school boys O.O Plus his fun personality does add to our love for him.
Having done campaigns for Paul Smith, Michael Hemy, Benetton and Burberry Golf, we hope to see more of him!!

SEAN O'PRY

Having been discovered through Myspace, Sean has climbed up the fashion scene quickly, with a rank of second place on models.com. So Myspace users watch out!! You might be the next face in the fashion industry. Forbes named him their Most Successful Model in 2009, with his celebrated profile, he'll definitely be one of the models we will look out for.

MATHIAS LAURIDSEN

The scar on his left cheek completed the signature look for him as it clearly defines him as a model. Ranked no. 10 by models.com, Mathias has done campaigns for Gucci, Christian Dior, Hermes, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs just to name a few. With his good looks and amazing personality, he is in one of our top favourites.

BAPTISTE GIABICONI

With the supermodel, naomi campbell praising him as being the man with no flaws, Baptise is indeed a perfect guy for chanel and Fendi. He is Karl lagerfeld's favourite model as seen by his various campaigns for the french powerhouse, chanel. He is extremely good looking and will be the one that we constantly look out for.

COLE MOHR

We simply love watching his interviews and homemade videos, and not to mention his self-made clothes :P He seems like the kind of guy who just knows how to let loose and have fun. Having appeared in campaigns for Marc by Marc Jacobs, Dior Homme, Uniqlo or Burberry, Cole is definitely a rising star. With his multiple tattoos and tousled hair, he has that bad boy look going on. However, he certainly is as charismatic as he is random!

KARLIE KLOSS We just love Karlie because she has an AMAZING personality. She just seems to be having so much fun all the time and really enjoying what she does. With her down to earth personality, she becomes a very sweet girl. Lets hope she'll fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor. We hope to see much more from her, and we think we will.

ABBEY LEE KERSHAW

Ah...Barbie girl. Doesn't she just have the most beautiful doe eyes you've ever seen? They sort of project a child like innocence don't you think? However, she does have a cool edge to her which is kind of unexpected, which shows how much personality she's got. and thats's why we LOVE her.

LINDSEY WIXSON:

Having only been 15 when she first made her debut at New York Fashion Week, she was one of the youngest on the runway. Ever since then, there has been no looking back for her, having appeared in campaigns for Miu Miu, Jill Stuart and Versace to name a few. With her cherub face and pouty lips, her signature look is created.

LIU WEN

Most definitely one of the more successful Chinese models, she has become the first Chinese model to grace the runway for Victoria's Secret, and the face for Estee Lauder along side with Constance Jablonski. This makes us proud of being Chinese too! You don't know how long we've been wishing for Asians models to be more prominent in the fashion scene.

HYONI KANG

Having been the first East Asian to win the Fords Model Supermodel of the World contest in 2008, she sure proves that Koreans need not go for double eyelid surgery to look good. With her store Reborn Process she is set to conquer the fashion world. We absolutely adore the items in her store!

flea at scape

Hey guess what! We finally went to one of those fleas at Scape and it was not bad. Found some pretty rings, Ting Yi a top (pictures soon). I don't know whether it's the same for you guys but each time i return to the same stall i always see something new! you need to keep your eyes peeled if you want to find great stuff..

didn't get to buy clothes cause all the sizes were so small! :( A dress i really wanted was short enough to be a top. seriously why so small?!

Anyways it was fun :D but so sooo hot. sometimes i really hate the weather in Singapore..oh wells.
